Software Test Developer Intern

SMART Technologies creates hardware and software products for education and business to make learning and collaboration easy and intuitive. As a Test Developer on the SMART amp team, my responsibilities included writing functional tests using RobotFramework and optimizing an in-house tool used for analyzing automated test results. I was also part of a team that designed and developed a new tool for SMART Board software.

GIRLsmarts4tech Volunteer

GIRLsmarts4tech is an educational program run by UBC that offers Computer Science workshops for girls in grades 6 and 7. The girls learn about Computer Science through hands-on experiences in programming, web development, 3D printing, and Human Computer Interaction. Over the 3 years that I volunteered with GIRLsmarts4tech, I was involved with planning activities, organizing volunteer meetings, and running activities during the workshops.
